Sustainability

Every component we produce starts with material, and ends with as little waste as possible. Here's how that works in practice.

Our process is designed to reduce waste at every stage. Raw PU or EVA is processed into recycled powder, foamed into new recycled sheet, then cut into die-cut insoles. Offcuts are crushed and recrushed, and returned to the production line.

THE PROCESS — STEP BY STEP

01 — Raw Material (PU or EVA)
We begin with raw PU or EVA as the base material for every component.

02 — Recycle powder of PU or EVA
Material is broken down into recycled powder, ready to re-enter production.

03 — Foaming the new recycled sheet
The recycled powder is foamed into new sheet material.

04 — Cutting
The recycled sheet is cut to shape.

05 — Cutting
Components are cut again to precise specification ahead of production.

06 — New die-cut insole
The finished die-cut insole is produced, ready for the next stage.

07 — Offcuts
Offcuts from cutting are collected rather than discarded.

08 — Crush & recrush
Offcuts are crushed and recrushed, feeding straight back into raw material for the next cycle.
